Worst pain I've ever felt was an ear infection I had last year or the year before.

I was almost in tears at one point. Felt like someone had stuck a knife down my ear and was twisting it. I went deaf in that ear for just over a week while it was infected. The doctor gave me ear drops at first, but my ear was so swollen they didn't go down and just soldified, which made my ear worse.

Eventually got put on antibiotics.
