thing is look at what Pinch put out when he did a 'poppy' track, we got 'Get Up' which shits on most of these anthemic, vocal tracks which skream/magnetic man etc. have been doing. if you're gona do epic/anthemic get a good fuckin singer who carries the track, not a big fuckin synth that destroys it.

bit harsh! really like alyss b's vocals, shes wicked on Tell Me and Kryptic Minds' Time Flies.... would rather listen to a synth like this than all of the super sugary bullshit like you get on Girl Unit records... this switch in style has reached out to a lot of new people to dubstep as well as the usual heads and its has quality imo - as it is a distance track there is still some sick weight backing up the synth n vocals. Can understand if people arent feelin this compared to his usual harder badman style but im personally appreciating the diversitynoam wrote: get a good fuckin singer who carries the track, not a big fuckin synth that destroys it.
