-Hold cue - track plays from cue point - if you let go, track stops
-Hold cue - track plays - press play whilst holding it down and the track won't stop when you release the cue button.

on pioneers it auto cues the start, so if it's playing and you press cue it goes straight to the beginning again
if you need to set the cue somewhere else for whatever reason, i switch the cdj to vinyl mode, and find the point i want to cue using the vinyl emulation
then hold cue, and the new cue point is set

Not on the 100s (I've got them)... They're much more like vinyls and you have to cue them yourself. They're great to mix on... you can't cheat as much as you can on the other pioneers.

I just use the Vinyl mode when I have to play on CDJ's
