no I'm comparing what they do. Bailey has the ears of tens of thousands of listeners. It makes sense, if you are interested in drum and bass, you would give your dubs to bailey in hopes they are going to be played to tens of thousands of potential buyers. Still with me? Inspector Dubplates channel has the ears of tens of thousands of listeners and potential customers. It would make sense, if your label or artist produces sounds relevant to his channel, you would submit your tunes to ID. No living off anyones tunes, none of that shit. Whether you like the dude or not, ID offers a relevant service with a pretty fucking massive audience.

Once again, may not dig the music but hating on the mans grind is what we in america call 'bitch-assness'

I don't get why the man himself doesn't come on here and explain himself. I have seen him on the forums before.

Its good he promotes the artists but now hes making serious cheddar from just having a youtube channel, strange times we live in. Some of the stuff he uploads is really good, a lot of it is garbage though.

Im curious to know how he got to be the biggest dubstep channel, they're are tons of other decent channels that have 1/10 of the subscribers, might have something to do with the mustaches.

i don't think you have any idea the amount of work that goes into running a bbc radio show. do you honestly think, they just get sent tunes, and they go in a spin them? first off, both MAH and Bailey build relationships with producers and labels. there's a mountain full of rules and politics involved in running a show on FM.

This inspectordubplate kid just felt entitled to all that music. he put up tunes that were sometimes 8 to 9 months away from release. thats not hype or promotion. thats just taking liberties. the only work that inspectordubplate did was to click download/rip on the audio and then upload away. I guarantee he didn't even have the decency to ask most of those labels if he could upload them in the first place. you comparing him to both mah and bailey is just about the most far fetched comparisons you could've made. also, if you start using the word "hating" , "hater" or "hate" to describe my not agreeing with you or how you see this issue, then you need to look up the dictionary and find out what that word means. for that matter, anyone that uses that word in relation to regular opinion, wins the dumb and dumber award.
