Prefer Carl Zeiss glass myself, check this badboy out. It was made for some Arab Prince IIRC and requires a static mount such as a car to use properly:

It's better IMO to spend more on glass than your body, go for it, you'll be able to mount it onto other bodies and there's plenty of places out there who can build you a custom mount for a small price

19mm , 20mm , 24mm lenses for a dslr, you can't go wrong really.you will see a difference in quality if you look further than sigma, but only in the times when you are fully closed down like f16 or f22, because at that point the quality of the glass is important. at f1.8 unless you're shooting bugs with a macro, what glass you have won't matter. sigma is good.
