For anyone who doesn't know, Ghost came out on Monday*, along with Emergency, Crippled Camel and The Night.

Factory's supposed to be coming out sometime next month in digi and vinyl so my guess is it's gonna be on EX7 with Biohazard on the flip. But who knows? Excision said the next EX7 was gonna be Heavy Artillery & Reploid.

can't comment on what this does to a rave but, honestly, it sounds like music for really hip 8-12 year olds. ya know? its 'different' and 'new' sounding and its got all these sweet sweet sound effects but it doesn't require even the smallest amount critical thinking or aesthetic context! as soon as you hear the drop you just know how fresh and new and sick/mindblowing it is immediately and when your peers perceive you liking this new different fresh style of music they will know they have to respect you because they can never hope to be as hip and alternative as you.

As much as anyone bashes the "filthy" side of dubstep. Downlink and Datsik will always remain high amongst the ranks for me, they know their shit, mad productions every time. BIG UP BOYS! get yourself down to brighton downlink!!!!

lol Looks like we have to break Dubstep down into 2 more sub-genres: Ambient and (I think I heard Excision call it) Darkwave. I kinda like that one.
