After spending what seems like an eternity getting a track to the level I wanted, shelving it for a while, then taking it out and blasting it in my car and not believing I even made it.

next goal is to make more solid mixdowns using logic

Having a pro producer ask to remix one of my tunes

.
Being able to sit back and know i'd be well impressed with the sounds im making now if i'd heard them over a year ago.
Still absolutely striving to get a vinyl release that im hoping will happen on Z-audio but nothing yet...
Im still determined

Close to 1000 followers on the cloud, would be nice to get 10,000 plays too.

This is pretty gay but... I thought 'once my productions are decent enough to recieve a compliment from one of my main influences id be happy. (Grant Nelson, obviously this IS a dubstep forum but generally if you're into good house and garage then you really SHOULD know him!!) lol.
One of my other milestones that I have yet to reach is get a track out on traxsource on a good popular house label. (Because traxsource is like THE place to buy tunes if you're into House I'd say *most popular site anyway imo* and if its a good label thats popular then my track has more chance of getting played by bigger djs> more coverage> blah blah blah it could go on and on.
Luckily a track is in the works to go out on a label called Daddy Funk which is touted as one of the best house labels about at the moment, so almost reached that milestone. My remix is still sitting in Logic waiting for a good mix and master, then its ready for the label and release. The label is doing a night at MOS on 18th december so looking forward to that

people dont realise that plays on soundcloud = amazing production
usually most of the people following you are acually just people wanting you to listen to their tunes
personally i've given up on that site, only reason i still upload is to have an easy way to show people tunes
my production milestones are all in my production
like when i started making tunes that people actually liked

Still waiting to hit that one!
Most recent milestone was getting some tunes finished off that include me playing the drums on them and that don't sound like complete bollocks (to me anyway).
A lot of people are getting stuff released here. That guy who finished his first tune in the same year he released his first one???! wow!

this year I finally made a dubstep track I fucking like. And it's been good since then imo. That was nice. Then I've started to actually understand what I'm doing (a TINY bit, but still a little) when synthesizing sounds in Reason. Learning those synths is nice. And I started using Cubase again.
All things I'm fairly proud of. Heheh.
Oh, and I'm finally confident enough to enter a remix competition.Working on that.

plays/comments are not a good objective gauging point when it comes to that site
i could easily prove how easy it is to get your plays pumped up by just putting a tune in your sig here, vs people who actually follow you on soundcloud and check your stuff on the regular
