There was a thing about this on here a few months ago with a link to a news story. Can't be arsed finding it but I definitely remember it. By the way, the UK has the most security cameras per person of any country in the world. I read this in the Grauniad so I know it to be true

only way to prevent it is take the battery out of your phone, or keep it perched by a speaker playing music or something
