yeah I'm a pretty big guy so I dont normally feel that intimidated, but I was the short fat one until I was about 15-16 and then had a late growth spurt. maybe its because I got picked on. Maybe I should go find the culprits and beat them up for closure

Tbh you sound VERY similar to a mate of mine who has ADHD, apparently he is alot calmer than he was, still always gets in fights and shit though.

beer makes me aggro and to makes me act like a prat.

vodka on the other hand makes me incredibly happy and generous.

many a nights have i ended up buying my mates more drinks than they're worth, s'all good though, i like making sure everyones happy and shit

I think anger does a little good every so often. When Im completely placid, I also tend to be pretty idle.

But yeh, I also have ADHD, and nearly always end up angry or depressed when I get medium drunk. Both pretty much go hand in hand.

one of my close mates has adhd, and it rereading the op it does sound similar.
like when we were kids and were all chilling in a field blazing after bout 10 minutes he would have to start a play fight or chase a bird or something
he said weed helped chill him out but not sure how much itll help in the long term. plus hes a violent drunk, but never to mates.
it was funny when once outside a club in bristol he found out another guy played rugby too, and challenged him to a rugby tackling competition right there on the pavement

saw shlomo, tokimonsta and daedalus last night. i got reeeeaaallly drunk. anyway after getting some late night grub, I come home and my roommate and some friends are there, and my super nintendo is up side down on the living room floor like someone tripped on a cord and yanked it out of its spot underneath the television. Anyway, Im pissed and started yelling about who the fuck kicked over my SNES, and my roommate began being a smart ass but finally fessed up to it. As I turn it on, my copy of Yoshi's Island is now completely erased. I had all levels at 100s. So I snapped and I started yelling at everyone, and then barefooted, booted my super nintendo into my wall destroying it. After telling everyone to fuck off and drunkenly threatening people there, I made it to my bed and went to sleep. Now waking up, my foot is pretty beat up this morning, and my SNES is broke.

Hypnotherapy sessions may not be a bad idea if your struggling to put your finger on it and it's an ongoing problem.

Guy I work with had anger problems for years and after one violent outburst too many went and seen a hypnotherapist. Only done 4 hour-long sessions and said it helped chill him out massively. Plus she gave him a few techniques to take away with him.

I'd do that if I was in your shoes, or attempt to quit the bevvy altogther (easier said than done i know)

When I get really drunk, I mean really drunk...I just simply can't hold me tongue about anything and ends up getting me in bother.

2 examples, told a mate (well, hes friends with my friends, I think hes a bit of a tool...very chavvy) that I think hes a tnuc and his tribal tattoos look like shit. Ended up with a brawl in the street, where I got my arse totally handed to me with me calling him chav scum. And another when I saw this hipster chick I used to be mates with on a night out, saw on her facebook recently that she had been to africa and had loads of pictures with African children, so I called her a poser and told her that she used the poverty of Africa and ill children to help further her posing ideals and social status.

Been plenty of times like this though. I think because when I am sober, I put up and shut up about stnuc and what I think of people but when I take that one drink too many, fuck it...

Complete opposite..I'm too reserved and cynical IRL, alcohol gets me out of my shell quite nicely.

On a different note, these days, whenever I drink (not just like 1-2 drinks but a few) I feel like I'm gonna be sick the next day and can't eat a thing, only started happening recently, extremely annoying.

I am an incredibly bad drunk. I have been in loads and loads of fights over fuck all. Shit that if i was sober i would just laugh at and walk away. I seem to be worse with people i know, maybe some tribal instinct sort of thing leader of the pack and all that. it seems to be i can get absolutely plastered and be fine untill someone pisses me off with something stupid. I just lose it and dont even think about it untill after the shits done. Been the same since i was younger when i started drinking and shit, it has kinda been mellowing off over the past 5 years or so as someone already said.
Fucking rediculous and needs to stop. Just stopping boozing i think may be the best solution. I have done it for a while before and it worked ey. Either that or we should all get together for a pissup and an argument lol.
