It was about popular music and growing old
There was maybe one song that sounded anything remotely like dubstep. After listening to the cd for 1:15 , there was 20 more minutes of the episode that had nothing to do with anything close to dubstep.
By your logic this episode was about The Police, because that bit was more prominent and obvious.
What logic? I didn't say the whole episode was about Dubstep... I'm just saying that it was referenced. I know that the episode was about popular music and growing old. It was also about being completely cynical about everything, which I enjoyed.

Episode was intense. Southpark doing what they do best, intertwining modern observation with intelligent meta-theatrics .
This episode is either the beggining of the end for south park or, they are going to pull one over on us and return to normality without explanation next episode. Stan's experiences in that ending segment plays like a message from trey and matt to the fans. Great episode.

Remember when you could just watch Eric yell at his cat or listen to a song by chef and it was funny? South Park tries too hard to be relevant now days imho. That centipad episode was beyond boring. I think I'm done with the show, what's the point if I don't even chuckle once? The most they get anymore is "yeah, guess that's true..." sad days

where does it say it bein about dubstep tho?
the name of the show is "its hardly even music" so i guess its based around that, normally the names are a pretty clear indication of what the shows gonna be doing
i'm aware of that
didn't mention dubstep anywhere on the site, so my question was how do you know it has anything to do with dubstep

How could anyone possibly think this had anything to do with dubstep? The fart sounds were just representative of what the character at the time was hearing. FFS.

This series has been utter waste.

I am disappoint.

They have completely acknowledged how downhill the show has gone this series in the current episode. Listen to stan's thought's at the end. It is about how shit it has been recently and how it is time for things to come to a natural end. Really intelligent episode. Watch it again.

it had fuck all to do with dubstep but i guarantee you thats what it started off being written about. the tween wave part of it anyway. remember at the bus stop .. "listen to this bassline!" hehheh
Bob Dylan scene is still the best part

Nah, I understood all that, no need to waste my time watching it again.
My previous comments still stand.

Those guys don't know fuck about comedy anyway. Only funny thing is some of the voices, rest is just
drugs, poo, swearing and look at us we suck at animation.

This is what I thought,
it looks like the beggining of the end. Fucking shame it used to be so classic, for some reason this season has taken a massive turn for the worst. Can still love the previous series but want fresh new ones.
How have they gone from being so great to this
