Dude listen just go county court and you will be placed in the small claim track. It normally cost 10% of the claim at max to start up the claim. In a small claims track you don't need a legal representative, you are your own, so no legal representative cost. Or you can make a Part 36 offer or out of court settlement, if they are willing.
P.S the likelihood of you losing in such a claim is absurd, a contract is formed on a very day basis, by you just getting onto a bus, or buying a ticket for the train in a legal binding contractual document, to which both partys are bind by, it's a simple matter of offer & acceptance.
