If not, then I pretty much meet your requirements - I make music, am signed and have worked with vocalists before.
I'm down for remixing if you get a track together :4: :corndance:

i've been signed by analogic recordings - which has since signed artists like Hulk, Filth Collins, Sinister Souls, and Percept. i make heavy melodic dubstep, and i feel like it always is lacking a voice. so email me at jpoovey@vt.edu or message me on soundcloud.

oh, and feel free to send me some stems or acapellas - i can work with those a bit to give you a better idea of what direction i'm taking, that way you can decide if you want to make an original track.

Ok, what a monumental response, I'm replying to everyone and will certainly post up what comes of the projects when they start getting off the ground!

Thanks all :4:

Hi guys, I thought I would give a little update as I have now completed a couple of dubstep projects and have some others lined up. Thanks to everyone who got in touch! I have found the dubstep crowd to be nicer that the trance crowd in terms of openmindedness.

The finished version of the Blackmill collab should be up soon :)

I wished those tracks would use the vocal more prominently.

Sounds like they're hiding the talent but then again everyone uses vocals differently.

Sorry you think that mate, the original version of cold hands still has room to be worked on but I think that already has the vocals standing out, I understand what you're getting at on the SubVibe remix but that's more drop focused rather than focusing on the vocals if that makes sense ;)

Also there's this remix from Bustrexx:

I think that is what I like about vocals, you never know what you are going to get back after you send them off! I like it when a producer has been particularly creative with the vocal, which most dubstep producers seem to be.

Yes, all done over the net. I have a studio at home where I record everything. I send off dry WAVs of my vocal and the producer sends his ideas back and so it goes 'til we are done!

At the minute I'm taking a break from new projects as I have a back log to work through because my mic was off getting repaired for a month. In the new year I will hopefully have cleared some space :)
