the lyrics are wrong it's not 'we got that wubwub sound', it should be 'we got that yoiyoi sound'
what is of value and wisdom for one man seems nonsense to another.

today at work my friend, who is in like some screamo band or some garbage, he asks me if I can mix some dubstep into his music cuz he knows I mix. Obviously he wants me to mix in some skrillex shit or whatever it's so funny how everyone is trying to jump on the bandwagon

haha obviously don't know much about dubstep forum to post that on here and think they may get even 1% positive feedback or any sentiment whatsoever. Lesson learned, this forum is cold.

hahaah oh dear! my mate would probably love this though! he is always comin in my room to here some screamo shit real loud on my monitors, and he even played me this tune by attack attack, or agash agash as some of my mates call them haha, and he showed it to me cos it has a bonus 'dubstep' track at the end, and its like the worst think ever, just really gratin midrange sound, similar to a horrid distorted guitar haha, and like zero bass, and then he came back in my room sayin like 'sick yeah' i didnt wanna hurt his feelings so i just said it was alright haha

Makes me pretty sad to read threads like this to be honest, just a bunch of total tossers for shutting someone else down so hard just for making music? "hope you all die slowly" I mean is that really neccersary? It's not like the guy's killed anyone, he's just written some music for gods sake. Granted, I don't like the music, but I have actually listened to alot of metal, not in this style, but I do even like a couple of Slipknot tracks so what you wanna kill me now? Grow up!

Yes, the production quality isn't great, and in my opinion stylisticly not great either, the lyrics ARE often laughable, and it's a blantent assult of noise alot of the time which is unpallatable to most peoples ears.

Even though I wouldn't listen to it, I'ld rather look on the positives, atleast there's something going on in it! There are verses, choruses, different sections and even chord changes, the guys can obviously play their instruments to a certain level, and the rythems switch up every so often... more than you can say for alot of shit that half you lot shutting this guy down probably make, or probably don't make because you can't even write music.

Just makes me a little pissed off when a bunch of people actually go to creative lengths to put someone else down, just for trying to be creative and bringing music to people. Even if it's not to your taste. That to me is the real triple face palm moment here.

Oh and also... go off and tell someone who's music you don't like what they could do better and try and encourage them, much better positive way to spent your time... fucks sake...

Well, all I said was that they can't do metal very well, or dubstep

and posted what they both sound like when they're good.

and I can play guitar, was in a band a few years back and I produce a bit. Not got any tunes up yet though cause I'd rather wait till I was making decent music for sure rather than making some gimmicy crap and plastering it on random forums like this.

It's not a couple of people telling them their not good that bothers me. It's the 3 pages of constant bashing, jokes, and laughing that I have a problem with.

Yeah, you probably wouldn't 'plaster' your stuff up here because you're frightened you'll get shut down and taken the piss out for 3 pages if it isn't good enough. Maybe if you knew you were gonna get proper constructive feedback you would post up your early beats and learn quicker.

I wonder how it feels when people get on dubstepforum.com to showcase what they honestly believe is some sweet, my-ears-just-came "dub" to what they believe are like-minded people, and get served three pages of ridicule, bashing and verbal assaults
