I don't give a damn about the whole affair because:
-there are plenty of murders that happen every day in this country that don't receive the same retarded media circus
-there are bigger and more important things for me to be pissed off about (namely the whole Freedom Flotilla/Israel business)

The murder conviction rate is only in the 55-65% range depending on your area anyways. One more walking free isn't exactly rapture.

Distraction tactics.

The amount of coverage on this trial has been disgusting, as the media has been making money off a two year olds death. I really don't care if she did it or not at this point, but out of respect to the child, no one should have let this turn into as much of a circus as it did.

What if Casey Anthony didn't do it? Shes still going to have to live the rest of her life known as the child murder who got away. And even if she did do it, she's going to have to live with the burden of being the child murder who got away. I can guarantee thats not going to be easy, especially after racking up all those legal fees. Plus this is America, you know theres going to be some sort of appeal or something.

It'll be really tough for her when she's partying it up and making millions off her book deal or whatever.

Also if she didn't do it (or her father, I guess) then who did? There was a 2 year old child dead in a ditch, and Casey Anthony doesn't seem too concerned with finding out who killed her. Do you really buy the bullshit defense of "accidental drowning, so they put duct tape over her mouth and dumped her in the ditch."

True story, no one makes an accident look like a murder.

Worrying about going to jail > worrying about who killed your kid.

Priorities are key to survival and going along in life.

Had she said "dont focus on me! focus on trying to find the murderer!!!" she'd be grilled for doing that.

Despite the resentment towards him I'm with Koda on this one. The evidence, circumstantial or not, does make her look guilty but the law is the law and when the penalty if found guilty is a death sentence there can be no doubt.

So if she didn't do it then are they still searching for the killer? How about the guy who found the body, he was a bit suspect wasn't he. Apparently phoned the police a few times in the past prior to discovering the remains and was thought to have disturbed the crime scene.

Didn't one of the forensics contaminate the remains or duct tape? Rookie mistake.

Innocent until proven otherwise.

It ain't perfect, but it's the best system anyone's got.
