lol your a twat.this new twist on old electro/breaks/hiphop/808 beats is much more refreshing than people constantly trying to capture the sacred "dungeon sound" or trying to make the most twisted, rapey drop. With the odd exception, "the majority" of subby halfstep being made lately is pretty uninspiring to say the least.Of course there is a healthy percentage of beats and producers that can deliver the goods in that area but comparing skreams new bro indulgence to addisons/swamps new take is pretty off the mark. They are bringing a new take on an old sound whereas skream is just rehashing a shit sound that has been done to death as it is.

-off topic-

synths and sub in this oldie is :z:

speaking of skream, that exothermic reaction tune is killer and I don't care if we hate skream now

I knew that would get some people crying. I mean come on, compare headhunter's older productions to footcrab for example, what the fuck is all that about?

Yeah each to their own, good on em for trying something new but its just not to my tastes whatsoever. Seriously that OP's mates video sounds just as good footcrab lol.

can't we all go back to ripping on how shit this "velocity" stuff is, instead of debating the merits of Loefah and Addison Grooves latest output? :D

Haha yeah sorry mate!
The intro bit is the best and the 'velocity dubstep' voice bit.

Alot of this 'newer' 808 stuff is throwaway mixer music, I'm not completely sold on the stuff but I see the potential given time.

Back OT though, this is why production software should be on the top shelf out of the reach of children with small hands.

boring paddy songs with kinda weak beats have never really worked for me. Those kind of tracks always just sound like 1/2 a bar on repeat for 3+ minutes and send me to sleep tbh
