Chemical Records taking all my loot

I hate paying shipping on records... Especially when you buy 1 / 2 at a time. On the plus side, I love the fact that I can walk to Chemical in about 10 mins

Yeah indeed. In fact, I would say Chemical has the better stock since they've got quite a few Chemical exclusives...
And personally I think Redeye's website is better, especially because of the fact that you can save multiple baskets at a time. And I just prefer their overall service, but we've already covered that subject thoroughly in other threads.

That doesn't really say anything about the quality of each shop's stock, I think that just proves that Chemical sells out quicker than Redeye, which is understandable.

I'm going to be buying from redeye over chemical in the future. Chemical were a bit arsy with a warped record I got. Redeye on the other hand sent me one out straight away and I didnt have to fanny about sending the warped one back.

Chemical is much easier to navigate though, and I like all the wish lift stuff and that.

They both have their merits and I use both depending on who has what in stock and if there is a price difference on a record between sites (sometimes there is!)

I think I jinxed myself. Received an order with 16 records. All the 12" sleeves are folded/bent at one corner. This includes two LPs and full artwork single. Not happy.

But yeah, sorry to hear that Sageon. That sucks.
I'd say make a photo of it, mail it to them and explain that that's the state in which you received the records. They should be able to replace the items for you.

Used to be straight Chemical. Not impressed with them any more at all though.
Redeye is my go-to if I'm placing a big order, but if Punch Drunk has everything I want to buy then I'll go through them instead because Pev's service is great and Chemical have plenty of money already.

Dear Chemical/LEQ,
I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I received my records. I opened the package and noticed packaging supports on both sides of the disks.
I really appreciate you taking suggestions from your customers for improvement, whether it was directly from us or not.
