I quit just over a month ago because basically, it was taking over my life and my band mates had had enough and essentially said "Stop wasting your money on weed, or you're gone" So, I got my priorities right and haven't smoked since. It's fucking tempting as fuck and some days (Like today) I REALLY crave it, but meh, no pain no gain

It's a bit hard when you have addictive behaviors (for anything to stop really). Remember, you are your own enemy, not your drug dealer, not your friends, not that stash of weed. It's you! If you do get past this, just look at the accomplishment you'll have - control. Life, in general, will be a lot easier once you have that. Good luck JFK!

Its all good so far! Couple of things have happened that I would like to share:

1 - Woke up last night with the worse case of teh night sweats EVER. Seriously thought I had pissed the bed or something........ Minging.

2 - Got a text from my ex dealer, which I have reproduced word for word below:

Hey J, how goes it bruv? Havent heard from you in a while, just making sure we are good and dont have ne beefs to be fussing about?? Stevie and Sam told me you had quit smoking but something tells me that is bollocs and you have a problem that you aint man enough to bring up with me. Always been strate with you mate, wud appreciate the same respect back, get me?

Clearly your dealer is really hurt at the lack of contact between you two. Its like in pineapple express where the dealer thinks he is friends with his customers rather thaan just being a dealer.
