But why not register a sub label that wont be associated with ur main label and do stuff that is potentially embarassing through that label... if u r serious about your business it surly cant be that hard. U will come much more professional across, cause u ll have at least a phone number or a 10$ web page to show, and will potentially get more and better applications. idk, i know i would go for that option.

SoundCloud is cool. By all means, if you're going to send us something, don't send anything you're not comfortable posting for the world see.

WHO ARE YA?
You're absolutely right, we are dodging the question, and do not feel obligated to answer it.
I'm not even asking you who you are? just asking why you want to remain anonymous? I don' see why you can't answer that.
Will this be the same case when someone ask you where their paycheck is? Or will you just block their messages.

What did they do to prove their legitmacy?

Rule No.4 is a intresting one
4. VIDEO COLLECTION CHANNELS
The solicitation of the forum membership by online video (YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, or similar) site channels looking to establish enormous tune collection's, regardless of whether said tunes are signed, or unsigned, is NOT allowed anywhere on this site. This is for the main reason that the motivation behind these channels cannot be established. Any threads created by channels looking to build massive collections, or looking for subscribers, will have their threads deleted. If we see a pattern of consistent solicitation by these sort of channels then the forum member responsible, and all associated member accounts, will be permanently banned. However, it is important to emphasize the distinction between online video channels created by already established and known labels or producers looking to promote their own discography. These channels are the only kind allowed to solicit.
This is not related to this thread as its not a video collection channel, but I feel that this rule should be amended to include threads like this.
This thread looks very dodgy to me, and I don't want to see any of my fellow producers get ripped off (even Filthzilla).

At the OP: As 3za said, just tell us
why you wish to remain anonymous. If it's a good reason then we won't ask
who you are... we'll accept it.

The basic workflow with collaborators would be:
- You send us some tracks; in some cases we’ll collaborate to create tracks.
- We write the topline (ie, melody and lyrics) to the tracks.
- We finish the production (ie, record singer(s), edit, mix) to create incredible sounding masters.
- We pitch the songs to key projects in a variety of markets.
You say that "
we'll collaborate to create tracks,
we write the topline,
we finish the production,
we pitch the songs to key projects" meaning that this is a group project per say? I'm asking that because I think I have a lot of great ideas/what appeals to the mainstream audience but my production skills aren't on par(mixing) but with the help of a team like yours I assume quality work would be done.
And is there a specific deadline when you will be not accepting demos anymore?

it simply means, produce our pop step for a chance to make 1/4 of our royalties on the track (and that's if its a GOOD deal)

If they are making money why do they want forum producers to help them? sounds like they are big in the mainstream. Does sound dodgy at first imo:)

Hey, thanks for the interest. Don't worry about mixing if that isn't your forte. If you can make great tracks, we'll make sure they get mixed appropriately. Please send us an mp3 demo or link to soundcloud/youtube/etc of your best work.
