these upload/link sites are more vulnerable to takedown (though new ones can keep springing up, much faster than they can be taken down) than p2p file distribution (e.g. bittorrent) ... clearly upload/link is sometimes more convenient than p2p, but p2p could be made more convenient (something worth working on)

Military Keynesianism exists as a slur against Keynes, I'm pretty sure that the left and Trotsky described the permanent arms economy which describes the role of war in protecting the American economy.

It's not a theory or doctrine of his, it's an accusation. Yes, you are right. He believed that public costs were a way to rewarm an economy, but he criticized the fact that United States was and still is doing it through war, hence the name. Sadly, I never had the chance to study Milton Friedman's work, so I can't really argue on that, but I did study Keynes. Only had 6 months of Political Economy in college

that's a slightly odd definition in wikipedia. whose accusation? keyesianism is (roughly) using government spending to get the economy going. if you do it with military spending, it's military keynesianism. nothing to do with whether keynes advocated military keynesianism (he didn't, as stated).
