I know a few folks have posted already, but while a lot of the other garagey sub genres were off chasing their own tails musically, the "dead" bassline scene has produced some of the most bonkers and out there UK dance music for a while.

Just got my copy, i was wondering how you'd know which side is which without listening.. then realised the label in the middle has the outline of a JD bottle on one side and a brandy bottle on the other

Long day... thats my excuse anyway.

Is there any other new releases like this? After listening i've realised i dont really have anything like this on vinyl yet.. it really has that early 2000 garage vibe, i've got so much old garage i need to buy but is there any other new stuff like this? I know theres a lot of "future garage" thats similar, but this really reminds me of old UKG.. the "future garage" i've heard doesn't really.

This is a new release with an old garage sound

but it's more of a US sound than UK
