Someone should be a total sell out and make pop chart topping hits, then when they get a massive gig they should play underground tracks and other crap to see how the crowd likes it

It's not even about gigs...it's just if one track gets picked up and used extensively. Doesn't have to be the artist's fault...just the media, if ya get me...

Yes but if you made a track that got picked up and you got to play at big events you could do that.

Don't fight the power, just listen to music you enjoy. Theres plenty of great producers these days, with big tunes coming out most day. If you dont like what people are playing become a dj! simples
