I personally view them as the same thing really. The only difference I can think of is the time frame: an overhyped tune can be more of a "tune/flavor of the month" type thing, while an overrated tune can be a "classic/untouchable" tune. But I don't see why they have to be mutually exclusive.

I don't know, it's just not all that imo.

I come from a Psy, Ambient, background and the style he produces is nothing new to me.
In fact the artists I grew to love that made psy ambient or breaks are just better imo.

Not to say he doesn't make good tunes compared to many out there, it's just not my favorite.
