To all those looking to crash, there are loads of cheap B&B's that you can stay in. If you're coming as a couple, Premier Inn will work out about £35 each... hardly a big expense... :4:

I'd offer, but I don't have any spare rooms. That and I don't trust any of you not to shit in my pepper mill.

Ryan, I'd be happy to put you and your Missus up, but I might be struggling for couch space, don't wanna have you guys sleeping on the floor either. Might be able to pick up some cheap blow up beds or camp beds though.

Seems they're doing it at the old abandoned Parcel Force building, right by the train station.

Always thought it would be amazing for a party - it'll have amazing views over the city as night time falls on Bristol.... I guess now I'll find out! 8)

For those that don't know what sort of scale to expect.... can't fucking wait!!!!!! :)

Premier Inn is right round the corner and Holiday Inn is right over the road from both the train station and the building. If you share a twin room with a mate it'll be about £35 a head :4:

Oh, FUCK OFF... I'm gonna have to sort this out. I once put my foot through a rotten floor in that building... I hope they've secured the upper storeys over the last decade!!

That's the word on the street. Maybe they'll just do the bottom few floors for the parties (across 3 nights) and paint the exterior of the building all the way up..

I also hear they've had a significant budget - I'm sure health and safety will be the first thing addressed seeing as it's funded by the local council :4:

It's been begging for this for as long as I can remember... that place is a fucking eyesore, but it's Bristol's eyesore. It can't just be knocked down. It used to get taken over by squatters periodically and they'd put on the odd great party, but the last time I remember it being used it was so dangerous up that the police wouldn't even go inside to evict the squatters!

But as a space for this sort of thing, I can't think of anywhere better... perfect location, perfect size, perfect image... GOD DAMN IT BRISTOL. WELL DONE.

Would probably get the megabus down. Although the mrs is interested, looks like I may be coming :)
