big up everyone for coming down! you lot made it!
The needles were brand new..spoke to benga about it and he reckoned there was 3 or 4 jumps his whole set, which apparently in dubplate culture is quite good..those benga dubs are pretty battered...

you can chek george fm in ch ch on 106.9 an welly on 106.7, large up all crew that reppd at benga in chch .best night out there in years!

benga's set was full of absolute bangers - there's some huge tuens on dub at the mo

ah-ha. i thought it was a combo of both that and the needles ... but that makes perfect sense.
had an awesome night - lots of heads out which was so good to see. big up the akl dubstep gang, you were out in force!

Lets hope they come out & support the local lads a bit more. Sub Riot & Make or Breaks anyone?
Maybe with this new bar on K Rd opening soon specializing in the dubber side of things the scene will take off enough to get a regular night happening.

yes mate too true, any ways i reckon it was more on the older stuff.. he went to put on evolution and said "I dunno it's pretty rinsed" or summat like that...to the extent i offered to give him my newer copy
Big ups to all of yers though..what an awesome sight to look out and see lots of heads in dubstep
and of course big big ups to Benga
