a rap beat is different, but...not all that different...your creative process is probably still essentially the same...you are still writing beats...maybe a bassline etc...do rhythmic noise or a country song. seriously. do something jazzy. right a score for a scene from your favorite movie.

Okay, this is sick okay, it kinda reminds me of Kode9 tbh. But maybe you could add a flute tbh? Make the bass more wooden. :u:

No, if you read through it you will see it is quite real.

lol, I read through the whole thing..

Just seemed kind of trolly to me.

Try having a hand at a different genre is all I can say, besides pushing through it and just creating.

Like right now, I'm doing some house type of stuff.. Instead of Dubstep, and I actually like it more than any kind of Dubstep stuff I've made.. You have to try new things.

I'm usually really organized also, but it got to a point where I was renaming every track as I went, and making sure everything is where it needs to be.. That is good, but I now find getting a little groove going first works good, then worrying about the other shit as you go along.. So you have to be somewhat unorganized, which is hard for me, but it helps!

Another thing that's been going through my head is "There are no mistakes in music" .. Remember that.. Just go wild! The DAW is your canvas.
