dubstep-wise i would definitely fleece mala's bag, and not just for the dubs but also for all the lush roots riddims.

outside of dubstep i would kill for gilles peterson's collection.

this is an awesome thread.
i'm takin this show on the road.

Cliff Thorburn's bag of rare Afro-Beat for me...Apparently, he won it off Fela Kuti in a bet involving a game of snooker and a snake with spina bifida. Apparently, it's Expensive Shit! :D

Dj Shadow
I'd also like to jack Craze on a Miami Bass night,
if I was on a spree, then I'd hit up Vex'd and maybe El-B, too

I thought the DJ's in that era were record-men as well as toasters?

But yeah, hello loads of classic lost Channel 1 stuff, hello pretty much everything King Tubby ever recorded.

Always Prepared.

The record bag c/w records = a great weapon when used correctly.

Surprise means nuthin in this game.

Bring it on.

MY civic is locked up where no-one can find it

and even if you find it you'd have a job driving it without a clutch and gearbox

Tha yellow one ACTUALLY belongs to other peeps, more darker and larger than I, so not recommended.

However, you'll probably get pulled at least 4 times on the way home in it like I do, and therefore not recommended

and it's worth about £100

so jog on.. would-be car tiefs

i'm pretty sure none of the toasters from that era played records themselves, but i could be wrong.
