incyde if we're in the pub there'll be a response, most likely ill go to throw trigger finger in the air and end up launching a pint across the bar, elbow my mate in the face an then fall over a bar stall!

HD25's rocked it. Slapping them on me head felt like I was underwater! Big ups to each and every who made suggestions on the headphone front - I bowled up and down Tot Ct Rd for 2 days like an OCD loon asking for best prices and all sorts and eventually got a good deal on a pair of those. And no dodgy forceps marks on my head either!

Hope those that reached enjoyed themselves - me and Blackdown had a belter of a night, even with the one deck mixing at the start... Just wish I'd realised those dinky bottles of Guinness were 7.5% before I started getting them in! Certainly held back the hangover from last night although I'm sure I'll pay tomorrow...

Felt like I'd run a marathon after the set - how does that work? Picking up dubs and mixing them in making me feel more knackered than a 95 minute runaround on Hackney marshes? Got to be all about the adrenaline I reckon.

Anyhow. Big up your chest to those that reached - it was a night that went full spectrum from dubstep to grime. And let it be known (before I forget) I owe Scientist a drink for crushing the plastic he had hidden under his jacket. Oof!

From one battered man to plenty of others - the url says it all: ilovefwd.com.

Niceness.

Out to Boomnoise's kind words and everyone who reached, that was a lot of fun.

Now we've played them out, I've updated our MySpace and Virb pages with the tracks from our new single ("The Bits ft. Trim"/"Northside Cheng Dub") so people can check them. Bigup.

I feel the same after doing sets. Weather they be radio or live. I've also come to the same conclusion abou it beingt the adrenalin. The real trouble i have whislt playing and being well hi on the old adren is, you can drink like a twat but, as soon as you stop playing, those drinks suddenly kick in and it's al over :| Not a good look.

Missed yesterday - but Northside Cheng Dub is damn good! Need to get me hold of Lata sometime still.

Yeah I know what you mean!! After I do a radio set, I am really exhausted also.

Blackdown+Dusk were sick!!! Really enjoyable indeed.

Headhunter was the choice set of the night for me!! Those clean crisp mixdowns sure resonate well on that soundsystem.

Wasnt really feeling Geeneus.. kinda put me in a bad mood actually. All bangers+too fast... what was that pitch on, +8%? kinda felt like a drum n bass rave if it wasn't for the MCs (which sounded awesome and made up for it!)

Due to said bad mood didn't really stay for Vectra long but what I did hear, it was niceness. Starting to warm up to grime, slowly but surely... ;)

Large up all who I saw there - BenUFO, Grand, Contakt, Boom, Stanton, Frank, Tom, Braiden, Farrah, Zahra, Skipple, and Mos Dan.

dusk and blackdown was ill, definite highlight for me, particularly enjoyed the more minimal stuff at the start, spacey and atmospheric...nice.

I had a nice evening last night...

Headhunter played a wicked set...! Yes incyde his mixdowns are jus so crispy and on point ...... fucking perfect, love his beats, all his little old skool rave samples, stabs n that, big wuuuuuuuuuuub wuuuuuuuuuuuub deep bass....... heavy man, love what he's doing.

He played quite a few of Jakes tunes as well, anyone know the name of that one that starts of with literally jus a kick and massive snare??

Good god I feel horrendous today.

Really enjoyed the blackdown & dusk set but my memory is a bit hazy of things after that.

Big up to everyone I met, sorry if I was too wasted to make sense.
