I think a couple rappers have been arrested and convicted or at least brought into cases due to what essentially are confessions in lyrics observed by the cops which tied them to real evidence.
Net posting and lyrics while pseudo-anonymous or under alias, if can be tied to your real name and real events is essentially snitching on yourself.
Hell it's why I had that bit of easy fun with wonga47 so easily, even though nothing happened.

This is more than likely because of the IRA bombing outside boots in the Warrington town centre. (im not completely sure thats exactly where it was but thats where the memorial is).
