Don't go out much any more though, so I mostly drink homebrew. 5 gallons of beer for £20

Or any kind of foraged/homegrown wine, like elderflower and gooseberry, or blackcurrant, raspberry, and currently brewing plum wine and rhubarb wine. If I can't get the fruit for free then I buy the reduced stuff in shops for pennies ... only other cost is bag of sugar and a sachet of yeast.

coopers ain't actually too bad for an australian beer.

I'll drink Speight's with my m8's. Monteith's Pilsner if I'm at the pub or Emmerson's Bookbinder if I'm feeling generous.

yeh its good. no preservatives, oz owned (NATIONLISM WOOO) clean but tasty but drinkable over long periods
not heard of any of those new fnagled beers u mention

got a load of schopenhofer the other day
