nice one.. i dunno all looks a bit intense. had all four out a while ago and was just given some local gas and gauze. looks like serious head trauma/ear drum damage

seems overkill to be honest. None of me, my family or any of my mates (as far as I know) have had their wisdom teeth out and no-one seems to have had any problems because of it.

It varies from person to person. Sometimes it doesn't start to become a problem until later in life, but it's typically a late teens thing.
