I was gonna add in some fake piano and strings but it sounded so shitty and crowded already. and my chromatic riffs suck :(

its honestly not that ultra specific? There's gotta be a 20th or 21st century composer whose done similar patterns. I'll be checking out more suggestions tomorrow.
really just listening to 2 seconds from the times in the songs I listed, you'll get the idea. nothing more. ignore the vocals and drums (I assume thats why you guys dont like dimmu?), just the guitars, keyboards, orch.

Meh, here's some acoustic stuff





The first band was plagiarised by a black metal band. The second one was black metal at the time but released an acoustic record.
