This list is too in favor of the emotional tunes rather than the bangers

the fact that Lean Forward aint even on the list while hyph mngo is proves it wrong

it feels nice to be talking about dubstep classics again as this forum was intended to do. had almost forgotten dubstep existed this last half year.

There are plenty of bangers in there! Fact is, the "emotional" (???) tunes are just better man. There's even a healthy balance of "emotional" bangers.

Not even imo, it's just true

Not gonna lie either, "Lean Forward" bores me to tears. For that sort of Mala tune, "Don't Let Me Go" smashes "Lean Forward"

Gravious is good man, but until you actually do a list like that, you think you can include everything, but some of the quality tunes that don't make it are just that, quality.

Think I've said (and been slated for haha) before, not a big fan of the break-y stuff like Toasty and Distance's hotflush stuff.

Cheers though dude!

i'd say for me coki- haunted/earth a run red/ tortured, couldn't really choose but that period where he was using those grimey synths before he was so into the crazy tearout robot noises is my favourite dubstep sound
also no pinch on that list, par..

DMZ are so overrated. i love loads of their music but its a massive stretch to say that any of their tunes are the best dubstep tunes. this forums just given them a weird fanboy status

Theyre (historically) consistently good but its the rarity value that makes everyone give em the status. if 2000 got pressed of each now, theyd be considered great, but not godlike

Can't remember which one I picked now. Think my shortlist was about 80 odd tunes that I picked a top 50 from.

Said it before, I'll say it again, the best Digital Mystikz stuff is not on DMZ.
