sorry captain ignorant probably becos it's an addiction, thats like saying why can't these people just do heroin once in a while not everyday, obviously heroins much worse but its the same principle

I think you are right in assuming it does that to a brain. And even that most people that do anything creatively have one of those. But artistically speaking, decision making is the mum and the creation is just a tiny infant with little ability.
So to be able to really take some chances with this baby and get it all different from the other babies and trusting that decision - getting high is probably a good idea. :dunce:
Or - that the ability to make decisions relies so much on your ability to trust, that if you were to trust something more abstract - it could help being less restricted by emotion or sences. The 'talking to strangers drunk' analogy and so on.

I don't think this is definitively true in all aspects relating to the mind. It's like the universe it's infinitely expanding (bro). :D
