Nobody makes it official.
Skullstep is a kind of Techstep which is a kind of Drum & Bass.

I dunno what Omega is on either:
Dubstep: What it is. Syncopated beats, big sub movements.
Brostep: The jump up side.
Thugstep: Never really was a thing, noone gave a fuck about it outside of the producers who made it and their mates. Basically bad mashups of Dubstep and Hiphop.
Drumstep: Purely dnb jump up with half time drums. Not related to Dubstep in anyway.

having been forced to accept the term "dubstep" being almost universally misused
I now think of dubstep as having just two subgenres: bro and proppa
the first isn't dubstep and the second is.
everything else is a descriptor e.g. halftime, deep, purple, minimal, wonky, tech(step), wobble...forgotten more than I can remember
can't see brostep as jump up dubstep which was happening before that steaming crud came along
but it's an old argument & we've resigned ourselves in many ways.

what really annoys some people, is I don't think Skrillex et al is even Brostep, it's just tweak house or the modern interpretation of EDM ('murica!). Brostep to me is stuff like Cockney Thug, Spongebob, things that actually have the Dubstep backbone.

but nobody called Cockney Thug or Spongebob brostep at the time
there was no doubt it was dubstep
even Caspa's increasingly noisy stuff was described as aggy wobble or tearout but still considered ds .
The electro midrange cack that Skleenex/Bogroll etal concocted
would never have been considered dubstep if they hadn't referred to it as such.
(they have since realized that they were deluded, ignorant and cashing in on an underground scene & have sincerely & publicly apologized while handing over 50% of their profits to the House Without Steps...the charity which provides housing for invalided and aged steppas)

I found these ones: Snorestep, Brostep, Hatestep, Amenstep, Thugstep, Dubstep vocal, Purple, Mechastep, Drumstep and Chillstep. My question is, are these OFFICIAL subgenres from Dubstep ? I've my doubts on Snorestep, Hatestep, Amenstep, Thugstep, Purple and Mechastep...
And what about these ones: Moombahton (and Moombahcore), Trap and Glitch Hop ? Coming from Dubstep or just another type of EDM ? I'm a little confused cause, for example I heard Moombahcore songs where there's a lot of bass in there, including wooble bass, witch is characteristic from Dubstep...
Here I let you some examples:
