Not entirely. There's no maliciousness behind it, nor am I necessarily trying to get ahead of other people through any means other than sheer ability. It just that there are easier ways and there are harder ways to get certain things done. Neither of which need to involve lying or underhanded dealings. On a related note, on a 360 personality test, my reports, peers and superiors assigned me completely different sets of personality traits, although the answers within each tier were completely consistent.
