iTunes doesn't affect the performance of my laptop at all for as far as I can tell.
I like the way it sorts all my files out automatically. It also interfaces with Traktor nicely.

thats not even counting how bad an effect it has in the context of who gets to sell music. it's like the mac sheep have taking their shit opinion of how brilliant they think their phone or their laptop is and thought -hey that's the same thing that is needed in deciding what music i should listen to. it's like buying a car from coca cola.

it would have been ok if they gave you a choice...but my iphone is only 16 gb (which is actually only 10 after all the shit they stuff into it) , i already have to remove albums to put new ones on. fuck.
