In my country Oz, reputedly one of the best places in the world for women,
there are about 28 rapes (reported) per 100 00 women per year...at least 14 000 each year!

Well if I'm not mistaken, the common practice is to first kill all of the existing males within the community and then to leave the women with the spawn of the prefered males. So really it's a process of genocide, b2b forcing the memory of corporal violation upon the remaining portion of the group you wish to genocide. The idea is that by diluting the purity of the genetic factors which lead to the behaviours and customs that one group dislikes within another, they can force the disliked group into inexistence.
