For me, best sets of the night were Kode9 & Silkie - varied between the hype and the deeper stuff. Kode9 played everything from thuggish ruggish to quarta330 remix of 9samurai, and closed with Archangel so that was pretty special.
Hatch and Yunx played loads of dark garage vibes which also went off, Hatch played that old Loefah tune Jungle Infiltrator haha, never thought I'd hear that out. Youngsta played sooo many old Skream/Benga bits, some of which I recognised and many I didn't - If anyone knows the wobbly roller that Yunx wheeled pls let me know, it was a biggie.
Chefal & Plastician both duppied it too.
Loefah's set was sick but he just played all of his own tunes as usual, did this mad blend of Root into Woman.
Coki was not good, as expected.
Skream & Benga was quite jokes if you like tearout but by the end had descended predictably into stuff that was a bit much for me (Still, did get Benga - Stop Watching into Skream - Levitated which was >>>>>>)
(I missed Pinch & Distance but apparently they were really good)
Heard Benga - Blood as well so all in all pretty sick night.

What did Silkie play? Was running late and only got in a couple of tunes before Chef played Norwood
Kode9 & Plastician were the best sets that I saw but heard quite a lot of people rating Silkie's set

Every set that I caught didn't disappoint.
Really wish that the sets were recorded. Too many big tunes.

Silkie played a very mixed set, a fair amount of Joker. All really good!sbsb wrote:What did Silkie play? Was running late and only got in a couple of tunes before Chef played Norwood

Pretty sure he dropped Redlight at one point which was a bit sketch, but other than that sick.
Some sketchy mixes from Coki, but he makes up for it in the crackers he played.
Great night, although knackered by about 2am.
Deleted Scenes aka Pinch b2b Distance was madness, such a good set at 8pm.

It also showed the appreciation of the scene, definitely needs to happen again before the year is out.
Would be incredible to see a little DMZ Line up with all the old favourites and a cheeky little Skream & Benga again!
