Sorry i can't make it, despite looking forward to this for weeks. Got to head back up to Newcastle for Papa Boom's 60th. Have fun all; it will no doubt go off!

Change to lineup: Distance can't make it, he said something about washing his hair I think, so he's replaced by Search & Destroy.

Set times:

9 - 11: luke.envoy
11 - 12: Search & Destroy
12 - 1: Boxcutter
1 - 2: Scuba
2 - 3: Loefah

That's good news I reckon. S&D don't get booked nearly as much as they should.

I urge you to go and see Boxcutter live. It's the best and most refreshing thing I've seen in dubstep.

1st of all its great to see an artist working away from the two turntables.

2nd he is a seriously amazing bass guitarist.

3rd his music speaks for itself, top notch stuff - especially the live version of sunshine v.i.p

the party was wicked - a good crowd into the sound. didnt catch luke, S&d an scuba were good.

Big up Mr Rose for putting this on, had a wicked night. Converted two dudes I know last night, never heard Dubstep before in their lives, proper feeling it.

All I can say is: Boxcutter....... Santa Maria!
Dude's got some crazy skills, gotta agree with Mr Spaceboy on this, he blew me away. So refreshing seeing him doing his thing. It was like watching Jimmy perform with a laptop, utter deepness.

Big up all who attended.

Had a good time :)

Got there later than I meant to and only caught Boxcutter and Scuba.. they were both sick. Boxcutter played one of the best sets I've ever seen, and some of the new Scuba bits are filth. As One by Toasty/S&D blew it up as a closing track too. The system was just starting to sound better when the Rhythm Factory decided to close :(

Shame more people didn't come, but everyone there was feeling it, and got to chat to loads of people I hadn't met before.
