i cant help but get away from the massive rush generated from conversations such as this:

Anyone: So what music do you like?
Me: hmm well mainly dubstep...
Anyone: Whats that?

gets me every time. that for me is how it fucking should be!!!

i think this sounds a little arrogant

I will say one thing: On some music message boards, as soon as a woman posts anything .... there will be ten dudes replying with "show us your tits." That gets old REAL quick.

On here you guys ACTUALLY talk about music. Big up! :)

Hmm.
if you're even trying to suggest i'm looking down on anyone's circles then you can jog on, just a statement - it depends which circles you move in, whether people have heard of it or not. getters?

Okay - fair enough. But to me, it did look as though you were 'looking down on anyone's circles'. That was my interpretation which you have now taken care to put right.

This demonstrates how forums are wide open for misinterpretation - which may be part of the reason you feel it 'reeks of uptight egotism and elitism'.

so far reprobate you've basically managed to disprove most of the statements on here saying how friendly dubstep is - well done, a real triumph.....

friendlier than hardcore? come on be serious.

the people are nice though, friendly, honest and banterous.
I think it's as friendly, if not more than the hardcore scene. People are normally as loved up as Jesus at hardcore raves.

i was just thinking the same thing....
I was pretty much thinking this as well. Just as a really good thread comes along you get this fighting. ffs Stick to the point as it's a really good debate apart from this one-up-man-ship.
