Really good fun night, the people and atmosphere really made it for me. You don't get vibes like that anywhere else. Mystikz and loefah set was nice - that last tune! Shame about some of the people acting like twats in the dance during mystikz around me. Spent most of my time in 3rd base - loved the system and selections in there, overall different vibes. Missed distance b2b goth trad, and from what I read that set went off. Good to see so many people I hadn't seen in time again, big night!

@ Chef- can you name a few of the tunes you were playing last night man? Especially the last one

edit; just remembered one wicked mix was this tune mixed with 'Feel Me' - Distance... was rolling for ages and sounded sick.

Oh and one of Plasticians mixes upstairs with Kode was so smooth it sounded like one tune instead of two.

And- why didn't Coki want Dry Cry dropped at the end? lol

Two key points well made.
Corpsey wrote: 1. Joe Nice dropping I Wanna Sex You Up lol

2. For me overall this one was more about the people than the music- DMZ always is about the people though.

they won't be, there was a thread about this somewhere, and i think the general consensus was that it wasn't recorded and selled off to people cos you had to actually be there to feel the vibes

Mighty Zulu Nation (Mala remix), known also as DMZ v MZN.

(Think Joe is the only person bar Mala to have this old 'plate. Saw Hatcha play it at Plastic People circa 2004/5 but he'd borrowed Mala's 'plate.)
Keysound Recordings, Rinse FM, http://www.blackdownsoundboy.blogspot.com, sub, edge, bars, groove, swing...
