Macs are affordable now. Weren't recently, but are now. They run windoze great (use it all the time) and my mac came with an apple designed 4 button mouse. Plus the keyboard is sexy.
I totally understand the hateration on mac smugness. But there's plenty of pricks on both sides of the os.
I have a 24 inch imac. And had a mac plus in my bedroom when I was a kid. And I'm happy to run windoze for whatever I need to (not much)
