Why a single artist/group should ruin a scene? How could it be done? Btw listened to the track, not my bit.

before anyone accuses me of it, i'm not saying this "just cos its pendulum" but that was horrible, set my teeth on edge, in a really bad way, gave it quite a few chances but that was urgh

remember that this is a warner bros artist. major label...rules...major label marketing dept....major label promotion dept, etc.

it's corporate music talking. the reaction you're all having to this is making some marketing person at warner uk very happy. it's exactly what they want.

the music business is running out of ideas, so anything to move units; they'll do.

Yeah, likewise.

Not really feeling it at all. However, it sounds like plenty of other dubstep i don't particularly like, and which seems to be popular, so probably a bit harsh to single them out

By the way 3275, are you some mathematically superior version of 2562?

i also spell dark on your mobile phone

in regards to what seckle said, this is exactly why we should hate on it just because it's pendulum.. it's turning the dubstep sound into a money making machine.. the raw state of dubstep is one of the things i love most about it.. it's all about the tunes. i'm not trying to be some underground elitist tnuc or anything but.. pendulum..

So you think Warner Bros tell Pendulum what to make? Nah..

As bad as their music has become i think its the music they want to be making. As mad as it sounds it is kind of pushing Drum & Bass forward (int he completely wrong direction imo) and lots of people seem to enjoy it.

the major label dance these days is controlled from production straight through to the cd at the store. you don't get a deal at warners without them having their hands into the final product and what get's released, and what remixes happen and what don't.

it's business. i'm not making a judgement on pendulum at all, i'm just commenting on the reactions in this thread. it's pure warner's marketing, and you should see it from that side too.

Tbf, Hold Your Colour probably made more money than the entire dubstep scene put together or something, so I'm not convinced it's purely about the cash...
