HUGE

highly experimental and therefore hit-or-miss but thats a given considering how forward this is

man, i dont know what you're going to be making in the future, but you have some serious talent.

although there are parts that are IMO 'overdone' in some of the tracks I like, the tracks are long enough for parts to be picked out for mixes etc

where you hit big in my book:

1996 -this is actually my favorite, but the wobbles almost get on my bad side...
the bass, melodic pads and acoustics surrounding the percussion speak for themselves. you have created an atmosphere i've never heard before. I would consider this an extremely futuristic track. i dont, however like the wobbles so much, unfortunately... they dont 'ruin it' for me tho, and i'll be rinsing this with a childish pleasure when i next get the chance.

Disused Trainyard
again, acoustics involved make for an atmosphere very much of its own. The synths and textures are super funky and old school 30s like, making this sound super futuristic however that works. fluttering percussion in the background is perfectly subtle. The sub wobbles are actually nice in this IMO. All round, superb.

Beginning of the End
what can I say about this one? rediculously dark, and rediculously hard. I dont usually go for hard stuff anymore, but this one is brooding / meditative rather than aggro, and I love this. The orchestration here is nuts. The use of vocals is great, and the bass hits super duper nicely as well.

Blackmarket
the tribal bazaar feel of this track is amazing. really like the percussion, and especially the weird glittering stab sound and the synth string pad. The 'breakdowns' arent my cup of tea, but again, it's long enough to avoid those parts.

From listening through this album and picking out these 4 tracks, by the time i finished, i am convinced your ability to place the listener in another place, another realm, surrounded with all the 5 senses more than just 'hearing' is UNCANNY, almost untouchable. this is helped by your use of samples but not because of it by all means

I took the time to give you this feedback because I feel you deserve it, and there are things that make me feel you could use it. with a few tracks i think there's a fine line you've crossed over on from innovative into annoying.... my hope for anything you do in the future is to go a bit easier on the wobbles and concentrate more on the sub. (the wobble thing is just my opinion in any case, and shouldnt be taken too seriously)

anyway, good freaking job :!:

yes the house element in this track kills it

has a similar vibe as the real old school stuff but super new and forward
