This is terrible drama. I've created alot of forum drama on many different forums in my time, and it's usually done with...lamentable skill. The end result is me getting banned from the community existence, but it's always been really, really funny. At least, always to me.

This is just crap and weak. Who gives a salad-dodging shit that the hot girl appreciation thread was closed, and who gives a heroin-induced fuck that what a couple of people saying over the internet is slightly offensive.

It was a joke about abortion rights and women and the general tone of this thread. obviously people are pissed off, seems like the mods and admin have a handle on the situation and have made decrees. Apparently someone posted a female body appreciation thread, and people did what guys do and said a bunch of dumb sexist shit. another day on here sounds like. frankly, I'm one for joking about it now that it's an issue, to kinda deflect and maybe leave some space between the actually negative posts--but I don't like to see women objectified either. It makes men look fucking stupid and even the occasional woman is guilty. So what we have, is a woman who finally had it with the lascivious comments. She got pissed and made comments about that, then others jumped on her. I made a joke about dishes, by proxy of a picture of a sink full of dishes, then some more stuff happened. maybe the last 5 threads have been people trying to figure out what is even going on in this thread.
