I'd like to see Simon Rattle conducting a touch-screen LFO with his genitals while the drummer from Jet bangs out a half-step beat with his hairy arms howling

That'd be well sick mate

Has Madonna done a dubstep tune yet?

It's only a matter of time

I might put on some sunglasses and go and tell her that dubstep is what will make her look less like a flap of scrotal skin stretched over a five foot coat hanger

Ps

BSE have alreayd done some.. its not out though.. sounds wicked..

Also there is a producer called Telemetrik (on BSE's label) that makes sick dnb.. he would make wicked dubstep for sure.

There is a dubsteppy Photek tune from back before dubstep was called dubstep. I can't remember the name I just heard it on Wedge's show a few weeks ago.

edit-didn't see this

The Track "124" on this comes pretty close IMO.
and this one : (dropped it in my show 24.11.08, for a moment i thought i dropped the same track with wedge when i read this topic, but is not the one u mention here...)

i gave a listen to modus operandi after a long time and indeed 124 sounds a lot like what people call breakstep... photek was really ahead of his time, and u realize this listening to his tunes so many years after...

I'd rather see dubstep inspiring other genres than producers making dubstep from other genres, although thats beside the point..

I think Danger Mouse would make some cracking dubstep, He loves those deep basslines in his hiphop work!

I'd like to see Timbaland, The Neptunes or Dr.Dre make some dubstep.

It'd be well interesting to hear some Aphex Twin dubs aswell.
