yes yes i remember seein ntype and benga in the back room of some pub, i think

but the dsf system was fuckin gargantuan in weight but small in size
also
iration has gone downhill recently. last 2 nights ive been to have been very badly engineered, no mids or high whatsoever

having said that though, personally my most enjoyable sound experience has to be dmz in 3rd base.
curious about iration but people say it's a bit much. berghain (is that where substance is held?) sounds fantastic.

pre smoking ban too.
the other reason why 3rd bass was so serious was that one curved wall to the right is made of pure brick. it's the perfect bass / sub trap. the bricks don't absorb the sub, but reflect it straight out.

don't know how it rates but the speaker flys @ the Paradiso were making tunes climb around the room there, twister sounded ungodly that night.

the berghain funktion one install is the biggest in europe from what their site says. these pictures look crazy.
if you've stood infront of a funktion one sub cabinet, you know what just one of those boxes can do...just look at the stack in this pic. three on top of each other is ....
cielo here in nyc, has only two and it's serious. i can imagine what 6 would be doing...

Well i havnt got the opportunity to experience anything very good outside of DK yet, hopefully the berghain soon.
But i have to say The Funktion 1, the ohoi crew uses @ stengade30 is abosolutely amazing!
I have never anything as near perfect sound as when Skream played on it in april i think it was.

Both times I've been to hear the iration system I've been massively disappointed.
FWD apart from when the mids go distorted is absolutely great. Futureproof in Nottingham is my mates night but still in that small room that system is spot on, reminds me of the one in PP.
