just a note:
not sure where it's been tracklisted, but if it's radio one i can tell you for one that it could have been a mistake on the part of somebody working at the station - not necessarily rusko trying to claim a track as his own. tracks got called all sorts of random shit and producers were wrong shedloads of times on my tracklists. they write them down shorthand whilst the mix is being recorded and then fill in the blanks when its done - sometimes when the dj aint there at all.
i doubt rusko is claiming other people's tracks as his own - if he wanted to do that he could just remake the tune himself.
he probably just dropped some samples in over a mix he did, just like i do on 99% of my mixes.

that's the most sense i've read so far. big up stician! why would he take your tune when he could just write one exactly the same.
but in the light of things, i understand why you would be upset and if it's true is f*cked.

right, since my pm box is growing fast over this, there's a few things that should be addressed before this thread marches on....
-situations like this never look good for any of the parties concerned. it's a mess and reputations can get tarnished.
-the forum isn't some court of musical justice, and there's no way we're going to get involved in who is right or who did what or any of that. this thread is right on the border of crossing our rules. we have specific slander rules that are here if you haven't read them...
