another pretty strange bit of a tune is that bit in the jakes "early boys remix" (i think its called) after the breakdown when the ridiculous mutant bass drops in

when i first heard it i couldnt quite believe my ears. like a lot of jakes stuff its so in your face and fucked up it's genius!!!

otherwise stuff like focus and defocused (or whatever it was called, off the MAH mix), rumours & revolutions, the rustie remix of PRGz, oingie boingy, most of the starkey/moves!!! stuff...so many good tunes this year. to be fair i heard africa VIP for the first time this year (no idea how old it is) and absolutely lost my shit over it.

ongie bongy but its gloop for me. Zomby comes up with the most oddly constructed beats, making djs around the country sweat behind the decks!
