Output from the pc into the mixer then out of the mixer into the focusrite and then back to the mixer from the focusrite and into the pc to record the audio.

I was diagnosed with a serious health problem last year and have been recieving treatment which is still ongoing.
I missed a few gigs last year which i was gutted about, but im on the way to recovery and fighting fit these days.
Could you explain this process a little more please?jack sparrow1 wrote:thetaco wrote:I have a very 'hip hop' way of production because i make atmospheres and little snippets from old vinyl that could be 15 years old.
ok for instance i might go to a charity shop or somewhere with a good supply of cheap 2nd hand vinyl and buy the lot for about 50p.thetaco wrote:jack sparrow1 wrote:Could you explain this process a little more please?thetaco wrote:I have a very 'hip hop' way of production because i make atmospheres and little snippets from old vinyl that could be 15 years old.![]()

Oh and a question errr.... ummm... I like the way your tracks have lots of progression but always have something that tie it together, so like nothing gets lost... where did you learn such mystical ways, O Great One(shit question, my apologies, just wanted to big you up) x
It's used a lot in minimal house this too love the organic sounds.pdomino wrote:That 'thing' for the winjack sparrow1 wrote:i have been thinking about buying one of thesepdomino wrote:Exactlyjack sparrow1 wrote:Its just really retro and warm and a good starter synth aswell, before that i had a roland sh101 which was very cold and harsh but great at make arps.pdomino wrote: Big up, Man of my own heart, sold mine a year ago, wish I hadnt now, oh well.

How do you get those wobbles sounding so thick?
When you produce do you have vinyl in mind, as the end medium I mean.
Good work!
